I'm going to give the back a clean.  I have a hard time understanding the significance of a detached staple.

To be clear the centerfold is attached but only by the bottom staple.  Otherwise book is fully intact

I don't think the detached staple at the centerfold will affect the grade of this book.  My guess is 4.0 to 4.5
