To me, it looks like a strong 9.6-9.8 candidate.  The top left of the spine seems to be the biggest area of concern but it looks semi-normal for these TPB/Graphic Novel type books.  It may have some wear (and very minmial blunting of the page corners) but still I feel it's a strong candidate for NM+ 9.6/9.8 worthy grading.  For what it's worth, I'd feel confident with subbing if (assuming that is the grade range you're going for).  I hope this helps!
