I was wondering what grade do you think this is? Would this benefit from a press or a clean? The seller is stating this to be VF/NM 9.0 in quality, hence why I'm curious ~

It's a nice looking book. The ULC/LRC creases are obvious plus looks like a small ding on the LLC.  Looks like some small spine tics -and the back cover foxing.

All together  I would think it's below a 9.0

If I were selling it, I'd put it at 8.0-8.5 range

Back seems to half that sun shade or dust shade or whatever causing some discolouration. I put it at 8.0-8.5 at best.
