Batman: Sword of Azrael #1 CGC 9.6 s/s Denny O'Neil, Joe Quesada & Kevin Nowlan - $145 SOLD

1st appearance of Azrael

I'll go out on a limb and say this---Denny O'Neil is SUPER UBER tough to get, and that was BEFORE Covid-Con.  Cancellations, no-shows---conventions would book him and he wouldn't show.  In 2019 he made ONE convention appearance, at East Coast Comicon for all of 2 hours on a Friday.  Hasn't been seen since.  Joey Q, you can get annually at SDCC and NYCC at $40 per sig.  Nowlan does about two shows a year.

Batman Shadow of the Bat #1 CGC 9.4 s/s Alan Grant & Brian Stelfreeze - $75

Alan Grant----ONE (1) U.S. appearance in 20 years.  When asked, he said "Nobody invites me."   Based in Scotland, I think, I've seen him just twice.  London Super Comicon about 8 years or more ago, and then in 2016 at a show in Ohio.
