Will CGC Call?

Hi there - I'm mostly new to the concept of comic grading. I used to work at a comic shop in NJ for a short time. My post today is to ask about how the CGC process works, but with a specific thing in mind. It's a silly question, but bear with me :) I'm seeing a Facebook post claiming that a comic was graded and that someone from CGC actually called the person to tell them what a special piece their comic was. Obviously this sounds too good to be true, but I don't want to accuse someone of being a scammer either. Would the CGC ever call someone to compliment a piece that they're grading?

Thanks in advance.

Lmfao no.

There may be an exception if it's the new highest-graded Action Comics #1, Amazing Fantasy #15, etc. Otherwise - no way in Hel.

I got a call once about my Action Comics #28 Detroit Trolley copy.  They said it was nicer than I thought, and wanted more money.

I could see this happening
