Chrisgeo1
Hi. I just picked up a nice House Of Secrets 81. This comic has a line of color right through the kids and right above the dog that you can see in the scan. When I look up other photos of this comic I see some that have this line and some that don't. I now know that this is not just a defect on my copy. How would it effect the overall grade in theory? Its a nice comic that should be very nice after pressing. Just wanted some opinions. Thanks in advance!
Chrisgeo1
Looking through eBay, I found a few more with this same mark. Could they have been from a different print run?
Lightning55
If you see a few of them, likely a manufacturing defect. I'd put a note to the grader on it to that effect, that you have seen others like it, and send it in. If they consider it a manufacturing defect, it might not hurt the grade too much, if at all. theCapraAegagrus
