NOOB to grading. Should I submit this book? Aquaman 35 1 1

I have a copy of Aquaman 35 from 9/67 - First Appearance of Black Manta and an Ocean Master appearance. 

The book itself is in pretty good shape from a structure and color standpoint but there is a pretty bad water stain across the front (see the title) and more prominent on the back. Due to the importance of the book, should I have this pressed and graded? Or is it not worth it.

As for a grade, it is at best 1.8-2.0. The water staining and colour loss hurts it. As is, around $100 book at best. Grading it might bump that up a smidge to $125

It is not worth it, you will make more money selling it raw (meaning, selling it as is).
