PGM Fantastic Four #29 0

Fantastic Four #29. Inside is intact, no folds, stains, writing or tears. No folds, stains or writing on the front or back covers. Staples are tight and intact with no tears. A little chipping along the spine as you can see from the pics, but it is intact with no tears. Top right corner has a tiny tic. I'm curious what everyone things about the grade, and I’m thinking it could benefit from a cleaning and maybe pressing. Your thoughts?

5.0 - 5.5. I really don't see how a press might help this book, but cleaning would benefit the back cover.
