Here's one that's going in this weekend. I love the artwork on this cover and it is still semi-glossy. The bottom staple is just slightly loose with a minor tear as you see on the inside picture. My guess at a grade is...

That loose staple/pop hurts but awesome cover!

This could never get a 6.0 even with a clean and press because the spine, especially around the staples, is too damaged. The biggest defects are not removeable through press so that might not be worthwhile if your main goal is to get a better grade. I wouldn't expect more than a 4.0.
