What do you think is the grade for this one? How does the multiple name stamps affect the grade? 

Disclaimer: I don't own the book. I'm planning to bid on this.

My opinion is that with a lower grade like this, the stamps probably don't affect the grade. I'm guessing 3.0.

The seller also has it as 3.0

I checked the name stamp, it seems the person died in 2017

I think the consensus seems to be that stamps don't affect the grade at all. I've seen a CGC slabbed 9.4 Adventure Comics 247 with a stamp on it.

Date stamps? I have seen that many collectors like date stamps. They consider it part of the comics history.

But name stamps might not be desirable by collectors.

If there was an Action Comics 1 9.8 with a name stamp on it I'm pretty sure no one would give a damn.
