Non-CGC to CGC Signature Slab

I have a book that I took to a con to have artist and writer sign.  I then sent it to CBCS for a signature label.  It's my only CBCS book and I'd like it to match my other CGC slabbed books.  If I sent it to CGC to crack and re-slab, would it come back with a yellow label, or possible green since CGC wasn't there to verify, even though I was the one who handed the book to the creators?

Green label. They (or one of their agents) have to personally verify any signature that gets a yellow label.

Sounds correct to me!

Two options really.  Blue label with a low grade and a note "Name written on cover" or Green Label with a higher grade (ignoring the defect) and a note "Name written on cover".  Chances of a Yellow label?

Unless he gets another signature under the SS banner and it will come back Yellow/Green - so yes, as is no chance, but if you really want it in a CGC case it can be done.

Ah, yes. Thanks for the correction/amendment.
