Degree Of Restoration: Unrestored

Then why is the white on the upper right so different from the rest of the book if it's unretored?

100% scam. I am surprised that the subject is a power seller (hijacked account?) Nobody in their right mind would sell an Action #1 for no reserve. method of payment, no reserve auction on high dollar book, Private feedback and private bidder are the telltale signs.

He recently auctioned a Superman #1 with no reserve. It looks like he will make a killing before Ebay pulls the plug.

because IT IS a picture of an actual action 1!...it has just been partially computer generated color added to the picture area..the area is the actual action 1..its a doctored up picture of an actual action 1 in its holder, thats what im tryin to say

ok,this is a conformation.this is neatstuffs action 1 listed last week..the picture area was covered over in deep colors[computer added to neatstuffs picture so it would hide the comic shop stamp that was on the bottom[arcadia book shop] if you remember, to conceil that this was that book...look at ebays past auctions, you will see this doctored picture and neatstuffs book are one in the same

I don't think so: the drop of sweat is missing from the guy on the bottom left.

See link for 'fake' giveaways: http://www.bipcomics.com/showcase/fakes/

If you are saying the picture was from a neatstuff auction, what does that mean: it was a fake too?

the drop of sweat is missing because the orange part of the cover[deep color orange] is computer generated.do you see how OVERLY orange it is? it was added over the photo to cover the stamp that was on the cover and it also covered the sweat drop...just look at the ebay archeive and you will CLEARLY see this is neatstuffs book that someone high jacked and additional color was added over there photo of an original action 1. this point is not debatible.this is a real action 1 photo with additional orange color added to hide the stamp that was on neatstuffs book, also hiding the sweat stain....the top of the book were it says number 1 and june 1938 is EXACTLY 100 percent the same as neatstuffs.this area was not doctored up and is how i easily identified it as neatstuffs book

Now he's got Spidey # 1 and 2 up. There are 2 pics of spidey 1 on his auction. Take a look. Are they the same book? I suspect they are not. Bottom right corner (of the copy that is off center on a table) has a crease in the green text bar. Its not there on the centered scan copy. Also, One copy has a staple that touches the "s" in Spiderman logo and the other does not. Centering is defitely different on both pics.
