nice book!  Maybe even a 7.5, shot at a 8.0?  The spine looks that good.

Front looks FVF (7.0) but the defects on the bottom BC drop it to around a 5.0 - 6.0 for me. Nice book.

A tad on the optimistic side, methinks.    CGC-certified 6.5 copies of Superman #31 sold for an average of $500 during the past two years.

Oh my apologies I just searched some list about this issue and it said a graded 6.5 was around 9500. Assuming that was true because it is a 80 year old comic

Hey man I like where your head is at, wish it was a $10K book in 6.5 😁. A pedigree 7.5 just sold for $1550 not long ago on eBay. So a 6.5 is likely closer to what zzutak is saying.

Yea like I was saying I was looking at this list I just checked again I was looking at the wrong issue I just checked #31 and yea its about $2000
