My hulk has a tear near the staple; some creasing on right side and at bottom. on the inside cover there appears once something was stuck/removed that hurt the ad page. Pages appear to be off-white. Back cover is complete. Input/ideas on the grade for this one? Spoiler Based on what I can make out from grading guide I think its a 2.0 - 2.5 but not sure if that is wishful thinking or not.
