What is the highest grade possible with a small tear on the front page. Silver age comic.

I can't really give an accurate (or ballpark) opinion without a look at the entire book...

That's more than a small tear. That corner is barely hanging on. its possible that whole piece will be gone when they return the book. It happened to one of my books. I would play it safe and keep it unslabbed.

Yes, the piece did fall off after i asked the seller to check the inside cover for restoration. The missing piece on the front page, and the cut on the inside page were not very visible or mentioned in the listing. It' only after i purchased i found out about them. i'm attaching photos available from the listing.

With that corner, I put it around 6.0, maaaybbeee 6.5

Without that corner piece, 5.5. Basically, it is as good as gone so I would grade it at 5.5 as though it was not there, even if it was barely hanging on.

yeah the corner is gone once the seller removed it from the bag to look inside for restoration.
