Please Grade My.... Avengers #83 1 1

It appears to be in great shape other than the chip out of the top of spine  

there looks in the light to be a small crease line from Valkyrie's right knee to the blonde hair of giant man

and then the same kind of "cut line" on the back from the edge into the word "sizzlers"

Then maybe a finger bend lower left back

The supposed"cuts are slits in other words they don't go all the way through but it does feel a bit uneven or rigid idk, maybe I shouldn't have mentioned

Just grade as best you can from scans I guess....
