Good morning,

Your order is in the grading room right now and it should be completed in the next week or so.  Right now we are shipping out Value tier invoices that were received around 8-12 and yours were received 8-18 so we should be getting to that date for shipment very soon.  

Payment is due when your order is received not upon completion so that is why you would have seen a charge back in September for this order.

 I clicked on this topic, because I have the same situation.  They received the books Aug 18th. 

Over 80 days now.  Hope Jennifer's answer also applies to me too.  Never seen it take this long.

If you give them 5-10 business days to get the comic into the system then start the clock, you won’t be too far off of 52 business days before the books are graded.  Maybe a little grace as Covid has gotten worse in fall, and it seems like we’re well within the reasonable range IMO

My submission also disappeared from my account very briefly but it is showing up again now. I downloaded my submissions so that I have a copy of my submission number but it looks to be a momentary flub

I ordered simple shipping kits to send packages to CGC. It's been 3 weeks... still haven't arrived. Kinda ridiculous.
