Submitting halos and reverse halos 0

When submitting halos and reverse halos for example in my case 2 charizards from evolutions 11/108 would I make a single submission and put halo in variant one and reverse halo in variant 2 or would i make two different submissions. Thanks!

They are different cards so each will need its own entry. The Holo will have Holo in Variant 1, whereas Reverse Holo will have Reverse Holo in Variant 1. All the rest of the information will be the same.
