well, if the interior pages somehow survived that disaster, it might be used as replacement pages for another decent looking book with other problems........

 

and it's still one of the Coolest books of the Silver Age...........

Guys, I've seen this book in person, it's owned by my friends at JC Comics. What's amazing about this book is that it does not smell... interestingly, the inside of the book (aside from the rust mighration) is that the inside is relatively well preserved.

 

It is the worst copy I've ever seen, and the cover transfer (to the bag no less) is absolutely hilarious.

I sold a coverless copy of FF 48 for $35, so this selling for $40 doesn't seem like much at all IF you can confirm there isn't a mold/fungus problem.
