Online submission form for trading cards problem 0

I'm trying to submit my pokemon cards but the online form won't let me get past selecting what to submit and mail in the next button stays grey.

You need to be a paid member to submit. Do you have a paid account? If you are, try logging out then back in.

You need to buy a membership. If you just did, try signing out and back in.

The same thing happened to me. You need to clear your cart and then try again
