Welcome! You have plenty of great cards there that would certainly be worth getting graded. I suggest you check eBay sales prices. Note you have two nice variants there, the Venomoth and Wigglytuff are missing the Jungle symbol.

Shadowless gyarados, zapdos, 1sted Dark Charizard could pull some good money too. I would tbh.

Yes, most should be graded! Not the common ones, but the zard, gyarados, blast and venusaur are great for grading!
