Just Purchased Associate membership and cannot select to send card by mail

Hello, I just purchased the Associate membership ($25) and it stated that it had full submission privileges but when I go to submit my trading card it is only possible to submit at a show which I do not want to do. Does it take time for cgc to recognize that I have the privilege to send in by mail?? PLEASE HELP :(
