just a quick question, 

cards have just been “received” but wanted to know what stage do they charge the payment to my card?

Charges are posted around the time cards are received.

To piggy back, I am curious as to why is this the case? Is this the way that it works on the comic book side of things? It seems to me based on other companies in the card-grading space that payment should not be taken until services have been rendered.
