TCGrading
CGC show maximum card values that can be submitted dependant on the service level they are submitted at. But it is not a 100% clear whether this value is the Raw value or the potential graded value... which is it?

Paul So In my case my Insurance company is willing to cover double the value of the raw card on the return journey so would it then be double the raw value that I would need to quote? I thought it was for your insurance while it was in processing (in case it was lost or damage arfter receipt)
