CGC package at PO BOX issue

I received a tracking notification that CGC has not picked up the package and it needs rescheduled for delivery or it gets returned on the 15th.  Anyone else having this issue?   Is there a way to get it corrected?

Why would you EVER need to re-deliver to a PO box???  It gets to the receiving post office, gets a notice tag in the PO box, and it sits there until YOU PICK IT UP.  Where are they holding it now for re-deliver - AT the post office?  That's EXACTLY where it belongs.

The PO box is inside our facility. We have a secure facility which is completely locked down on the weekend, so they cannot access the facility to deliver the mail to the PO box.

I had the same issue a few days ago and called.  THE CS rep said this error has been coming up from time to time and the package is ok.  The next day, the redelivery notification was gone and the tracking showed that it was picked up.
