Hi,

Are you able to clarify when in the process payments will be taken going forward. Will it be based on a specific status change eg scheduled for grading? And will there be any warning before payment is taken? I only ask as I tend to keep money in a savings account until its actually needed to stop me accidentally spending it.

It should occur when the status changes from received to Scheduled for Grading.
