Need help on a few questions 0

I’m new to grading and live in uk and don’t no how it works but have some questions if possible to answer that would be amazing.

1. Brought 2 CGC cards on eBay on the right hand side of the cases there is a scuff mark didn’t no if this was normal ? and also one of the cards has a slight play inside the case is this also common? 
 

2. I want to submit some cards but what is the fastest way to send is it express or I did see something called walkthrough ?

1) That is normal, it is caused during the creation of the holders.

2) The fastest is Walkthru. It is $75 and is a 4 business day turnaround.
