Help Needed Adding German and French Pokemon to Submission Form

I am on the online submission form and I am adding German and French Pokemon cards.

For example, I have a German Charizard, but it has the name Glurak in German. When it asks for card name, do I put the English name or the German name? If I put the wrong name info, will I be docked after submitting my cards? Thanks in advance for the advice!
