If all,then I'm with Larry,first Joker,all the way.Assuming the Church likely isn't I'd go for that-with the added bonus Batman is far more common a book than MF #73 I assume?So,money aside,Batman #1 is more easily obtainable

I feel like AS8 has been underappreciated over the last 10 years. But Bat1 has so much going for it. 

You could argue Joker is a top 5 GA character in his own right.

I'd pick a Batman 1 even if all three comics were worth the same $ (i.e. 0.5 Bat 1). It's just cooler than the other books.

If All Star 8 had the Sensation 1 cover on it, this would more debatable in my opinion.  But as most have already stated, Batman 1 would be the clear choice for me with the 1st Joker appearance.
