I have an economy submission which has not been processed into CGC's system and I'm wondering if I can make tier/pricing adjustments in wake of the turnaround times? Cheers

Yes, you would need to contact customer service via email to service@cgccards.com and pay a $15 change fee.

Worth noting that you cannot upgrade select cards but are required to upgrade the whole package.

Was curious about this. Do you know if it’s the same for subgrades? Also curious because this is an order I placed before they changed when they charge for the submission. I’m wondering if I’d have to pay upfront or if they would charge the card on file when things are returned to me?

If I have a submission containing standard cards as well as a bulk order, could I select individual cards (say 10) from the bulk order and pay to upgrade them to the standard order? Sorry if this is an easy one; I'm new to the game.
