CGC "Lingerie panel" note?

Seems like a golden age thing. Some books show a "Lingerie panel" notation and others don't. How do they determine this and/or how does this get added? I would assume this is something that's hard to track but in some cases it's a big enough deal to make a note on the CGC label... how does this get decided (if anyone knows).

This used to be at the discretion of the graders, since they're usually the ones entering the art and key comments. Many times they'll also follow the Overstreet guide for things like this, but sometimes they'll note things they personally think are important to that particular book. I will admit that this isn't something I'd necessarily enter as a key comment, but there have been quite a few graders that've worked for CGC over the years...
