xvipah Posted April 23, 2021 Share Posted April 23, 2021 Another I acquired recently. It's not in too great of shape, but I, again, wonder if a C&P would help. Staples are good, it lays flat, pages are CR/OW. There does seem to be a water stain inside (Last picture). It goes through most of the book but it doesn't smell moldy, and it looks like maybe the minor ripples from it could press out leaving just a little discoloration. 10centcomics Posted April 24, 2021 Share Posted April 24, 2021 Yeah I see this more in the 3.0ish range too due to the large stain combined with the very long color breaking crease on the cover. A press can get rid of the waviness from water damage but the staining/discoloration will remain so I don't think you will get any grade bump from it.
