PGM Spider-Man Unlimited 1 Double Cover 2 2

Ok so I have this copy and it's a double cover. Some of the problems I can see: the front right corner has a small fold which caused a color breaking crease on both covers. The back left corner has a bit of a "crunch" (not sure what else to call it) on both covers but less so on the second cover.

I think this book could benefit from a press (the book is a bit warped as can be seen in the pictures) so please let me know what you think the grade as is and what it could be with a press.

Lastly, I'm thinking about getting it signed by Mark Bagley but I'm trying to figure out if is worth getting signed. Double covers of this are pretty hard to come by from the research I've done but I don't know if I should just get it slabbed or slabbed and signed. I am looking at this strictly from a monetary perspective. Any thoughts?
