It is supposed to be a Qualified 5.0, as evidenced by the missing wrap notation being in ALL CAPS (which is only for Qualified grades.)

There was a programming issue with these Character Labels from CGC in that the system was directing them to be printed out on Blue labels rather than Green, because the Character labels aren’t available for Green label Qualified books.

This programming issue was fixed some time ago, but there are books like this still out there.

Thankfully, the label still clearly indicates what is missing even if it’s not the color that CGC intended.

that is a monumental loophole/screw up. People look at stuff on their phones, see blue, see the grade. how on earth could cgc have allowed that to happen for so many books? Yes, you need to put in your effort as a buyer, but this is wrong.

Don't humans work at CGC? Isn't this something a human should have immediately spotted and stopped. As in the first one of these that came out?

Kudos to you not being a thoughtless drone at your job.

Or actually caring about what you do

It's rare. Very rare

Maybe they're going blind? 10 years ago, when I noticed people staring at brightly backlit 4 square inch screens for hours on end I predicted that many of them would be suffering vision problems not typically associated with or often seen in young and middle age adults!
