Amazing Spider-man 49 hand painted cover color guide 1 1

I need some advice. I bought these because I thought they were really cool.

They are printers proofs for the cover printing of ASM 49 and FF 63. The printer proof for ASM 49 is signed by Romita and Stan Goldberg.

There is also is a hand painted 7x10 color guide of ASM 49 which I think is really cool. I can’t find many examples of these types of art. I’m trying to get more information and help on the value side.

Very cool! I could see the color guide selling for 4-5k. The proofs probably 1k each at least.

Cool pieces. I've seen a couple of those progressives over the years, but few silver age hand colored pieces like that.  No opinion on price, but a couple of questions - is that hand colored piece water damaged? Looks like the top and logo are bleeding. And is that Romita's signature or Stan Goldberg IDing the artist?

I do think there is some water damage on the hand colored piece unfortunately. 
The names on the progressives are both signatures. I have two other Romita signatures and they look very similar.  The person I bought these from said that their cousin toured Marvel as a child in the 1960’s and met Romita and Goldberg. He was given these items as a gift and Romita and Goldberg signed the progressive for him.
