The story of young Thor slowly being able to lift the Uru Mallet. I know kirby gets a lot of plotting credit but I seriously think the use of Norse Mythology was all Stan Lee. It's interesting to note that Marvel pretty much reused this story idea in Journey into Mystery #92 with Loki as the thief of his hammer. Mjolnir looks exactly as he would use it in Marvel's Thor.
