Has anyone seen one of these or have any idea where I can find out more?

An interior ad has a copyright date of 1994. It has a wrap-around that indicates it is from NFL Properties with a questionaire about Pro-Action Magazine. So my guess is it was included as a promo with the mag. The story seems to be adapted for this giveaway, with Wolverine at one point wrasslin' with a guy in a Raiders uniform.

Here's a neat vintage sports magazine. I believe they did it for a few different teams.
