This basically has every flaw you would not ask for. 1.5 IMO.

Very Low Grade. 2.0 Unsure if C&P would help too much. Looks like clear water damage among other stains.

I expected about as much. I was thinking in and around 2. It presents well from the front it seems. It’s one of my grails so even in low grade...I’m excited to hopefully add it. I’ll keep ya posted. Thx folks.

Assuming the book is complete, I think as a buyer, I would feel comfortable making an offer in the 2.0 range given the extent of the defects. As a seller, I would ask in the 2.5 range.
