[Famous Monsters Forryever]

PGM Famous Monsters of Filmland 1962 Yearbook.  This classic has seen better days.  I'm interested on how this one will grade out.  If you could point out the major and minor defects by name it would be helpful to help me discern between the two.

• tear bottom center back cover
• overall dirty
• chips and creases front cover edge
• top and bottom spine wear

Major defects would be pieces missing, color braking corner creases, tears and stains.  Minor defects would be dirt, slight paper creasing, minor color breaks along the spine.  I agree with the 4.0/4.5 range.
