Not always.  

This was one that I really didn't know what the policy was. There are MANY board members with profane names. It creates a paradox. 

They have created a name that can not be tagged or used without being pulled and potentially given points, strike, vacation.  So just the same if those users post anything even something within guidelines, do they get pulled just because their name is profane?   Why allow any member to register those as names? 

This one is just confusing....

I will say I thought that Action from Round 1 was a 5.0. I'm having to adjust my perspective a little for these GAs in this contest. Good learning though.
