How do I use grading credits? 1 1

I recently joined CGC as a Premium Member, which includes $150 in credits that can be used towards grading. I made my first submission to CGC today, and as I went through the process, there was nowhere to enter a code (which I wasn't issued), or any other way to indicate that I wanted to use my credits. How do I use the $150 in credits?
