Just got 7 slabs back from CGC. 2 are not sealed properly 0

As per the title, I've just received 7 slabs back from CGC and 2 of them don't appear to the sealed properly. the top of the case curves outwards and there's a clear gap open that I can see into as you can see from the pictures. Is this normal? I have to say I was expecting them all to be perfectly sealed.

I would contact CGC immediately. They will likely offer to reholder the books.

Well, no response 5 days after sending an email. No answer whenever I call. Customer service doesn't seem great

I believe the "newest" cases are sealed along the sides, not on top and bottom.  Earlier versions sealed the top and bottom.

I had a thing with a book coming back with spots all over the inner well. They had me send pictures first, then specific instructions and something to print out. They took care of it rather quickly once they received it. I will pm you the email of the person who helped me.
