PGM Fantastic Four 36 3 3

I bought this new when it was first released. I wasn't as careful about storing things back then. It has some creases in the cover, small tear lower right near Sandman's right hand. Stains on inside cover. Pages obviously tanned. Any thoughts?

Depends on your plans for it.

grendelbo, looking to sell. I've had what's left of my collection since the 60's. I need to liquidate since they are just sitting in boxes. Some are in better condition than others.
