PGM ASM 300 4 4

Bought this off the rack when I had already stopped reading comics, got it just to have number 300. Read it once bagged it and didn’t see it again until last week. Vertical crease across Spidey must’ve been from the store.

TIL that this issue has a mis-trim on the right edge and it's a common production flaw. Your copy shows it. The back cover looks pretty good and it's often where bad color-breaking creasing occurs.

I'll say 9.2 but press out the spine ticks and that center front cover crease, maybe clean up the Spidey indica and you'll likely to see a 9.4+.

Appreciate the feedback. I’ve got the full run of ASM 200-285 that I bought of the racks in the 80’s and about 45 issues between #16 - 199. Always boxes and bagged, now trying to figure out which ones to invest in slabbing. Your input is invaluable…

My gut was 8.0-8.5, in the low 9s with a C&P.

9.0 as-is. CP could see a 9.4 depending on how those spine stress marks come out. Nice looking book.

8.0, bottom edge wear and blunted corners limit. Press will get out the wrinkle, but I’m at 8.0 either way.
