One mystery solved.  Now Jim and Frisco?

Could she be 'Frisco Florrie' do you think?

The name and look matches, but all the books from this box find were '42-44 and the story itself is WWII - so that part doesn't seem to match?

Yes. Gold isn't my field, but I like a mystery. Usually you can find something online with the right combination of words - Jim, Frisco, Uncle Dudley etc - but this one has me stumped and all my usual search tactics have drawn a blank. You'll probably have to rely on someone seeing this who has the actual comic, or who recognises the art / character(s). Good luck :wishluck:

Okay got this one.  Looks like it could be from any Fox book with on sale date November 1941 (except Eagle #4).

So, that would include Big 3 #7, Blue Beetle #11, Flame #8, Mystery Men #30, Wonderworld #33 and U.S. Jones #2.

Jim Ellis and Frisco from Super September 1942 below.  Your pages may be a little earlier or later.

Thanks BB!  That was really stumping me.  It's Super Comics #53 [October 1942] - somewhat embarrassed to say I have the copy.  Thanks to you I was able to put it back together. I was fortunate to find an in the wild OO large "box 'o junk" recently and wasn't able to go through page by page every issue.

Teaser alert.  Future Sept. boardie sale in the box to the left, collection keepers to the right.
