Please help me identify this Silver Surfer preliminary artwork 1 1

 Hi everyone, 

I'm a big Silver Surfer fan and wanted to get some original Surfer art. Unfortunately,  all the original finished artwork I was looking at was out of my price range - but I was able to get an original piece of preliminary art by artist Tom Grindberg. What I would like to do now is locate the issue this artwork was used for. All I know is that the piece was from the 1990s. Any ideas which issue?

From what I found online:

Silver Surfer, vol. 3, #84, 93-94, 100-102, 104-109, 111-116, Annual #7 (1993-96)

There can’t be too many with a dragon creature.

That's what I was thinking.  I used to have all the Surfer comics of this run but sadly sold them off not long after the 1990s.
