First quicksilver appearence 0

Just a quick question.     Google gave me back 2 answers.  
 

does quick silver first appear in 

 

xmen #4.  Or  fantastic four #48?  
 

both cgc labels say it.    
 X-men label says first appearence of quicksilver

It's X-Men 4. The CGC notes for FF 48 say "1st appearance of Silver Surfer, and Galactus (cameo last page)., Inhumans and Watcher appearance." No mention of Quicksilver.

I have never seen Fantastic Four 48 label mention Quicksilver.  That is the first Silver Surfer.

X-Men 4 is the first appearance of Quicksilver.
