submission form 0

didn't get a submission form in the box so how can I send you the comics now? I'm not paying for another box !

If you are talking about the free shipping kit you get with membership, it does not come with a submission form.  

You can complete and print out your submission form online, on CGC's website, and include it with your comics.  

You also don't need to use the shipping kit CGC sends out.  Any secure form of shipping your books is acceptable (i.e. you can use your own box and materials).

Yup the instructions with the kit show a "packing slip"  which i assume is the submission form.  

I'll search the site here and see if I can't find that.

Alright I found the submission form,  I'll fill this out after I've picked out the ten comics that I want to submit for grading.

I wonder why they stopped including the packing slip/submission form in the beginner kits?  

Watching the newbie video on submitting comics it seems like it's a really big deal to fill out the form and make sure the comics are in the same order.
