Yes. I have several few odd foreign republications in slabs.

Well I've spoken to CGC in the past and suggested the following:

• "1st appearance of Marvelman (later becomes Miracleman) since the Silver Age." or for Warrior #1.
• "1st cameo appearance of Kid Marvelman (later becomes Kid Miracleman) since the Silver Age." for Warrior #2
• "1st full appearance of Kid Marvelman (later becomes Kid Miracleman) since the Silver Age." for Warrior #3

The only time I've seen a copy with 15 cent cover price was at Jason Ewert's booth, decades ago at at Toronto show.  I went to an ATM to withdraw funds to purchase the book, but when I returned, it was already sold.

I like ridiculous tropical covers. Especially fights with sharks, jaguars, crocodiles, anacondas.

the Spider-man wedding issue that was printed in Mexico is definitely one of the most sought after and contains an original story that was never meant to cross the border north.

this Greek magazine predates Matt Bakers Cinderella Love 25 and was an obvious inspiration for the cover.. I sold this one at auction this year for about $1500 on eBay.. as of now it’s the only known copy but guys in Greece are hunting for another

I love the Indonesian adaptation of the Star Wars comics.. completely redrawn interiors and hard as hell to track down

 

these may not be exactly what your looking for but still fun and highly sought after books.

This Phantom #1 has long been the most expensive Australian comic, probably selling for $20k ish. I'm told interest in the Phantom is dying off (probably literally!) but it is likely still #1.

Minor, arguable caveat to this. Marvelman had a quick cameo in the program for a UK comic convention, Comics 101, in the 1970s. So, technically, a Bronze Age Marvelman appearance! And by creator Mick Anglo!

Probably not the most valuable, but this foreign set was definitely my most sought after over the last four years: an unlicensed trilogy of Star Wars adaptations from 1978-79, entirely repainted/redrawn by Indonesian comics legend Jan Mintaraga. 

Pretty impossible to guess what they're worth–as you might expect for books whose CGC Census totals are 1, 3, and 2 copies total, the sales history on these editions is largely non-existent. (And these are the highest graded copies!) So I figured I'd throw them onto eBay as a dollar auction and find out: https://www.ebay.com/itm/134209889987
