ASM #101 need help 3 3

Here's some pics of my ASM #101. I want to sell it, but i have no idea of its grade/price. Can anyone help me before i put it in the sell section? Thanks.

Blunted/Creased Corners, Spine Stress, Rusted Staples, Slight Edge Wear, Slight Foxing/Stains Front and Rear Cover, Creased Upper Right Corner On Rear Cover.

The book presents well, however, IMO, the rusted staples prevent this book from being a higher grade, rusted/discolored staples are only acceptable in grades of VG 4.0 and lower, without the rusted staples I would be inclined to give this book a FN+ 6.5 - FN/VF 7.0, however with the rusted staples I would grade this at a FN- 5.5 - FN 6.0 at best.

Sold eBay auction prices for this book are all over the place, FMV for your book is anywhere from $150.00 - $400.00 (or higher?)

Boy, tough one. Eye appeal is super, but the closeups show more stains and wear than the faraway shots... plus the staple issues, and both spine corners look a bit dented. Maybe 6.0, but I'd say 5.5 to be safe.

I assumed that staple inside is brown not rusted, don't see any rust migration

I agree with majority here, with the corner stain and some other flaws, 5.5 seems right.
